Terms of use represent an agreement between you (“You”) and CyberMask Ltd. (the “Company") on the VPN services (the "Services"). We encourage you to read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Services. In case you do not agree to these terms, please retain from using the Services.
By using the Services, You confirm the fact that you are 18 years old or above, that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use, and also that all the personal data that you have provided is yours and is true.
The Company offers three subscription packages for the Services: (1) 3-day trial (2) 1-month package and (3) 1-year package to be 12 months in advance.
The package is designed to be used only by you personally. It can’t be lent, rented, hired out or shared neither with a person nor with a company or partnership.
The Company’s software can be downloaded to an unlimited number of devices, but you can use only 3 simultaneous connections.
Your subscription package will renew automatically at the end of each term, except 3-day trial, the duration of which will be the same. In case you decide to terminate the automatic renewal, please inform the Company about your decision at [email protected] at any time during the 30 days prior to the date when your package ends.
You can easily request your subscription cancelation by emailing us to [email protected]. You can get a refund only in accordance with our Refund Policy, the terms of which are integrated into these Terms of Use.
The Company reserves the right to set or abolish some service limits, without any prior notice. At its sole discretion, the Company can block or suspend any of activity performed by you, in case there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms of Use, or if your usage of the Services have subjected the Company to any offence, liability, or breach of any law or the rights of a third party, as well as prevented other users from using the Services appropriately.
You won’t be entitled to a refund in case any of the above-mentioned steps or measures have been taken by the Company.
The Services are designed for lawful use only and may not be used for illegal reasons. The Services are intended to ensure a secure data transfer solely. By accepting these Terms of Use, you agree not to use the Services the way it may result in laws violation in any country. You agree that you are liable for all the actions that you perform on the servers of the Company, where the login can be identified by your user id/password.
You agree not to send any version of spam with the help of the Services, as well as large number of emails, even if they are sent from a different server, opt-in emails, scanning for open proxies, or port scanning. The actions like viruses distribution, hacking, network sabotage, cracking, phishing, and any other type of fraud are strictly forbidden.
Whether your prohibited actions are intentional or not, you are responsible for any damages and offenses they cause.
CyberMask Ltd. strives to provide an efficient service of the best quality that is possible in the circumstances all the time (except for acceptable maintenance time) or in case of uncontrollable circumstances such as force majeure, malfunction or failure of the third party's service.
CyberMask Ltd. provides the Services, the software, any third-party services or software on an “as is” basis and any warranties, whether expressed or implied, are hereby disclaimed.
We neither monitor sessions for detecting inappropriate use nor keep logs of your online activities. However, we still reserve the right to monitor and examine issues that we suspect, at our sole discretion, to be a breach of these Terms of Use.
The Company, without prior notice, also can block, remove, filter, or limit any use of its services it considers to be a breach of the terms stated in these Terms of Use.
The Company won’t be liable or accountable for any loss or damages provoked by viruses, attacks, access refusal, or other harmful attempts to affect computers of the customers, its peripheral devices, data stored on its devices, computer programs, or any other proprietary material because of using the Services or because anything posted on the website of the Company or any site which is linked to it.
By accepting these Terms of Use, you agree to keep safe and indemnify the Company, its representatives, affiliates, partners, and its or their shareholders, managers, and workers, from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, demands, and expenses caused by your use of the Services.
We may change and update these Terms of Use from time to time. We encourage you to review the changes regularly to check for the updated version of the Terms of Use while using the Services.
Your continual use of the Services will imply that you accept any changes to the Terms of Use.
